The school was still called Naemoor.

Hi. I just happened to search to see if any pictures existed of Naemoor- Lendrick Muir.
I was there in the sixties, with Beatle mania. I have some nice memories of that time.
My friend at that time was Susan Mitchell. I have often thought about her indoor shoes! which I borrowed when my parents took me to Surrey with them. I wanted to leave home, but decided they missed me too much, so I stayed. I now have my own business my only offsping Heather. Best Wishes. Margot McInnes

I remember you well Margot and Susan Mitchell too and loads of other people from Naemoor/ Lendrick Muir! So many memories, I could write a book. Bad times and good times.

    Hello All,
I was at Naemoor/Lendrick Muir from 1961 through to 1967 and having travelled the World in Oil and Gas projects from 1973 to 2011, I now split my time between Cyprus and France. I have 4 children, 2 are off the payroll, 1 is at Uni and the youngest is at Merchiston. I am absolutely thrilled to have found this brilliant site to visit and I regret not doing so sooner. Love to hear from any of my contemporaries. George

It really is amazing. I don’t frequent facebook much but did open my page for Naemoor /Lendrick Muir only. Contemporary life is too overwhelming to take it further. I vaguely remember the name George Murray and for some innocent reason, do also remember Margot McInnes (possibly country dancing in room 1?). I arrived in January 1958 and left in June 1965. Like George, I ended up internationally, after 14 years in British local government (town planning and urban policy). I now live and work in Nairobi and spend my quarterly trips home to New York City (a result of eight years with the UN; where my ex-wife and two of my boys are) and Linlithgow (where I have easy access to Glasgow, where my twin girls are at the School of Art and Glasgow University, respectively. Greetings to any and all! Ron.
