Hello Kathy, can't believe it's you. I only found all this last Tuesday. The sohocl photo rocked my socks off! The class of '74. I've wondered what happened to us all, many times but never thought to type Lendrick into a search engine and I've had the internet since 2002. Sorry to hear about your husband, I read Rab Ronald's blog, what a memory he's got! Some of the things that some have written, I'd completely forgotten and it all came flooding back. Some good, some not so. I'm on my second husband and I've got a 23 year old son to the first one. Spent 11 years with George Nelson before that. Doesn't time fly. My e-mail is: and my home phone number is : 01506-490225 and I'm in Livingston in West Lothian now. Seeing Diana Dow came as a shock. I changed my name in August 1975 and became Diana Campbell till 1994 when I became Diana Fyfe and now Lyon. Are you still in the Alloa area? I can remember coming to see you after I left, but it's hard to believe it was 36 years ago. I'm old, brown and wrinkled now and a lot thinner, but life is pretty good. My hubby and I bought an old 1960 cottage and moved in last October, needed a lot of TLC! It's sitting on nearly half an acre, I could hold a reunion here, out in the garden! We sank every penny we could muster into it so were practically penniless now, and couldn't give a shit. It's made my day knowing that some even stayed together after all this time, Shona and Ian for example. Unbelievable. Take care of yourself and if you ever feel like a chat to catch up or an e-mail, get in touch. It would be lovely to hear from you. Diana.

I have just found this web site. I was at the school 59/60 as I recall. Not the best of times as I recall, but an interesting stage of my life.

Hi. I just happened to search to see if any pictures existed of Naemoor- Lendrick Muir.
I was there in the sixties, with Beatle mania. I have some nice memories of that time.
My friend at that time was Susan Mitchell. I have often thought about her indoor shoes! which I borrowed when my parents took me to Surrey with them. I wanted to leave home, but decided they missed me too much, so I stayed. I now have my own business my only offsping Heather. Best Wishes. Margot McInnes

Sunday morning 4/12/2011

Watching TOTP from 1964 - 1975 on BBC 4 brought back memories and prompted this search. Amazed that it should have such a following - I guess we were all touched by our time there. Big respect to whoever is running this site and thanks.

I must have been expelled in 1966 / 67 (for smoking) but I seem to remember Irene Dobson and Bob Stewart.

It's 2 am and I am tired but here are just a few people I can remember right now.

Paul Rance (rakie) he was a great kinks fan

Philip Hogben

Mr Haig - taught science

Miss Urquart - taught english

Billy Mitchell

Mr Thornber - headmaster

Mr Kerr - taught woodwork

Like you I remember the disco every Saturday night at the lodge.

My mother, mrs Quinney, was matron at "old school" 1957 - 1962 ish, and my father was groundsman/janitor and also taught woodwork. We stayed in the "lodge". Fortunately I was allowed to use facilities ie tennis, football etc and have many happy memories from that time.

Hi,
I was here from April 1984 - December 1984 and even though it was a short time, I never forgot what it was like there. My time there and other places helped me to be the mum I am to my son and daughter. I would like some more info on the reunion, as I would have to travel from the south of England.
                                                         Yours faithfully,
                                                                                    Ms Esther Kellett.

Hello Kathy, can't believe it's you. I only found all this last Tuesday. The school photo rocked my socks off! My e-mail is: cubbylyon@virginmedia.com and my home phone number is : 01506-490225 and I'm in Livingston in West Lothian now. Diana.
